–    3 tbsp rice

How to prepare it?

  1. Boil the rice in only one cup of water for 3 minutes.
  2. After the boiling let the rice cool for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove the water from the rice, but don`t throw the water, keep the water in the jar and put it in the fridge.
  4. Combine the Rice with 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp milk, and you will get a paste.
  5. Stir the paste, for a couple of minutes and then let the paste to stay for 15 min.
  6. Put a hot water and pat dry.
  7. Apply the rice water into your face like a toner. Why are using the rice water? To tighten your skin and to take off the dark circles.
